Personalized Executive
Communication Coaching.
Project clarity, confidence and
authority when the stakes are high.
Are you communicating at the level you lead?
Perhaps you know exactly what you want to say but struggle to say it concisely. You rely too heavily on slides. Your delivery doesn’t reflect your expertise. You rush when the pressure rises. Your executive presence isn’t as strong as you’d like. Or you simply need an experienced, objective advisor before an important presentation, interview or career-defining moment.
That’s where personalized coaching makes the difference.
Who I coach
CEOs and senior executives • Rising leaders • Entrepreneurs • Technical experts • Physicians and scientists • Attorneys • Spokespeople • Public figures • Bilingual and global professionals
Coaching programs built around you.
No two leaders communicate alike.
No two coaching engagements should look alike.
I start with how you communicate today: your natural strengths, habits, challenges and goals. Then we work on the actual situations you’re facing: the keynote next month, the board presentation next week, the media interview tomorrow, the difficult Q&A, the investor pitch or the presentation that simply isn’t landing.
We may focus on message structure, storytelling, executive presence, voice, body language, pacing, brevity, slides, audience connection or thinking on your feet. And then we rehearse up until the big day.
Other In-demand topics for keynotes and workshops:
Executive Presence
Strengthen your voice, body language and delivery to project confidence, credibility and authority in high-stakes professional settings.
Presentations and Public Speaking
Structure compelling presentations and keynotes, sharpen your storytelling, improve your delivery and use slides to support—not carry—your message.
Clear and Concise Communication
Organize complex ideas, get to the point faster and communicate with greater clarity and impact in meetings, presentations and conversations.
Media Training and On-camera Presence
Prepare for media interviews, podcasts and virtual appearances. Develop concise messages, deliver memorable sound bites and handle difficult questions with confidence.
Q&A and Speaking Under Pressure
Learn to think on your feet, answer challenging questions directly and stay composed and on message when the stakes are high.
Bilingual and Multicultural Communication
Communicate with confidence and authority across languages and cultures while preserving your authentic voice, accent and personal style.
How personalized coaching works.
ASSESS
Start with where you are.
Identify your strengths, communication habits, challenges and goals.
PRACTICE
Rehearse what matters.
Work on actual presentations, interviews and conversations with candid feedback and repetition.
CUSTOMIZE:
Build the coaching around you.
Target the skills and real-world situations where you need the greatest impact.
PERFORM
Put it to work.
Communicate with greater clarity, confidence and presence when the moment counts.
The goal isn’t a better performance for one moment. It’s stronger communication skills for a lifetime.
Your accent isn’t the problem. Being understood is what matters.
An accent is evidence that you speak more than one language, not a flaw to be corrected. You don’t need to sound like everyone else to command the room.
My coaching helps bilingual and multilingual professionals speak with greater clarity, confidence and authority while preserving their voice and cultural identity. We work on pronunciation when it affects understanding, as well as pacing, articulation, word choice, vocal variety and executive presence to ensure your ideas are heard and remembered.
English or Spanish. Bicultural perspective included.
The difference personalized coaching makes.

Questions about working together?
How does one-on-one executive communication coaching work?
I customize our sessions around your needs and use real-world scenarios, targeted exercises, candid feedback, video review and rehearsal to help you communicate with greater clarity, confidence and executive presence.
How many coaching sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals. Some clients come to me for intensive preparation for a specific presentation, interview or high-stakes event. Others work with me over several weeks or months to create lasting changes in their communication skills and executive presence. After an initial assessment, I recommend an approach based on what you want to accomplish.
Can you help me prepare for one specific presentation or keynote?
Yes. Bring me the presentation, keynote, pitch, panel, slide deck or important meeting you’re preparing for. We’ll work on message structure, content, storytelling, delivery, body language, timing and audience connection, then rehearse until you are ready to deliver with confidence.
Do you offer media training as part of individual coaching?
Yes. My media training draws on decades of experience as a corporate spokesperson, television and radio personality, and communications strategist. We can prepare for television, print and online interviews, podcasts and other media appearances, including message development, sound bites, bridging, difficult questions and on-camera presence.
Do you offer virtual coaching?
Yes. I coach clients virtually wherever they are located, as well as in person when appropriate. Virtual coaching is especially effective because we can record and review your performance, work on on-camera presence and rehearse the same kinds of virtual meetings and presentations that are now part of everyday business.
Do you coach in Spanish?
Yes. Coaching is available in English or Spanish, and I work with bilingual and multilingual professionals who communicate across languages and cultures. My goal is never to erase an accent or make you sound like someone else. We work on clarity, pronunciation, when necessary, confidence and executive presence while preserving your authentic voice.
Can we work with my existing presentation or slide deck?
Yes, I encourage it. Rather than relying only on hypothetical exercises, we’ll work with the presentations, slides, talking points and messages you use. I can help you simplify your content, strengthen your narrative and determine whether your slides are supporting your message or getting in its way.
Do you offer coaching for corporate executive teams?
Yes. I work with individual executives as well as leadership teams and organizations. Coaching can be structured as individual sessions for several executives, a combination of private coaching and group workshops, or preparation for a shared event, leadership meeting or presentation.
Is coaching only for people who are uncomfortable with public speaking?
Not at all. Many of my clients are already accomplished communicators. They work with me because the stakes are high and they want an experienced, objective perspective. Coaching can help an already strong communicator become more concise, compelling, confident and intentional.
Let’s make sure your message, presence and delivery rise to the occasion.
