Communication is how
leadership becomes visible.

Every voice has the power to create change.

I help leaders find the words, presence and confidence to make people listen.

2X TEDx Speaker | Executive Communications Coach | Media Trainer | Emcee & Moderator | Bilingual Communicator

For more than three decades, I’ve worked on every side of communication shaping messages behind the scenes, delivering them in front of the camera, commanding the stage, guiding important conversations, and preparing leaders for the moments when what they say and how they say it matters most.

That range of experience gives me a unique perspective on what makes people listen, trust and act. Today, I bring it all together to help you find the words, presence and confidence to communicate with clarity, authority and authenticity—in English and Spanish.

I wasn’t born a confident speaker.
I became one.

There’s an irony at the heart of my career. As a child refugee from Cuba, I stuttered.

Finding my voice became one of the defining journeys of my life. It eventually took me into broadcasting, corporate communications, television studios, executive boardrooms and onto stages around the country.

Along the way, I learned something I now bring to every person I coach: Powerful communicators aren’t born. They’re built.

And becoming one isn’t about sounding like someone else. It’s about learning to use the power of your unique voice to change the world. Watch the video to learn more.

Two TEDx Talks – half a million views

Slay the Dragons of

Bad Communication

Fear is the biggest barrier to effective communication. In this TEDx talk, Rosemary reveals how to identify and overcome the “dragons” that silence our voices, from fear of judgment and perfectionism to self-doubt, so we can speak with greater confidence, authenticity, and effectiveness.

How Stuttering Became

My Superpower

What if the challenge you’ve spent your life trying to overcome is in truth your greatest strength? In this deeply personal TEDx talk, Rosemary shares how childhood stuttering became the catalyst for a career built on courage, resilience, and helping others find the confidence to speak with impact.

Behind the scenes. On camera. On stage. Beside you.

Few communication coaches have spent their careers on both sides of the microphone. My experience as strategist, broadcaster, speaker, emcee and coach gives me a 360-degree understanding of what it takes to connect when the stakes are high.

Broadcaster & Media Trainer

As a TV and radio host, corporate spokesperson and contributing news analyst for MS Now, I learned to think on my feet, simplify complex ideas and communicate when every word counts. Today, I help leaders prepare for media interviews, difficult questions and high-visibility moments.

Keynote Speaker

As a 2X TEDx speaker, keynote speaker and workshop leader, I know the difference between knowing your material and truly connecting with an audience. Presence isn’t performed. It’s created between you and the people listening, whether at a community rally or a boardroom.

Emcee & Moderator

Great events need more than introductions. They need someone who can create energy, connect the dots and keep the conversation moving. As an emcee and moderator, I bring preparation, warmth and decades of live communication experience to conferences, panels, fireside chats and special events.

Executive Coach

I work with executives, entrepreneurs, experts and world-famous personalities preparing for high-stakes moments: keynotes, board presentations, media interviews, TEDx talks, panels, and difficult Q&As. When communication matters most, you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

I don’t teach you to speak like me.

I help you sound more like you.

As a bilingual and multicultural communicator, I believe executive presence never requires erasing your accent, identity or individuality. You don’t have to sound like everyone else to command a room.

My coaching is high-touch, personalized and grounded in your real-world challenges. Together, we build clarity, confidence and authority to make your ideas heard while remaining unmistakably you.

Beyond the podium.

When I’m not coaching or speaking, I’m learning something new and stepping outside my comfort zone. Curiosity has taken me into improv theater, mindfulness, storytelling and other places where I can experiment and occasionally make a fool of myself. I highly recommend it.

I am actively engaged in Miami’s civic and business community and professional associations where ideas, relationships and opportunities take shape. My involvement with Toastmasters, PechaKucha Japanese storytelling, the Public Relations Society of America and others connects me to fellow communicators and reminds me to never stop learning.

I’ve spent a lifetime finding my voice. I’m still discovering new ways to use it.
